Items are dispatched on the next working day on receiving your order. We use UPS as our approved couriers. Generally, items are dispatched on the next working day of your order being confirmed. There is Express delivery available depending on your Country for delivery. On checkout, you will have the option to select standard or express delivery. The number of days will be shown on the checkout page.

Can you amend your order?

You can amend your order withing 24 hours of making your order. If your item has been packed for dispatch, your order can no longer be amended.

Tracking your order?

Your tracking details will be sent to the email address you had entered when you completed the registration form. Please check your spam/junk folder as at times it may be found there. If you have not received your tracking details, please email us on orders@renee-clothing.com

Cancelling your order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you have registered, please sign into your online account, go to current orders and click ‘cancel order; complete the reason why you are cancelling and click confirm. You will receive a confirmation of your refund via email and the funds will be returned to the original form of payment used. Once refunded, it is dependent on your bank as to the length of time they take to credit your account with the funds. If you have checked out as guest, please email us on orders@renee-clothing.com , include your order number in the subject line and state the reason for the cancellation of your order. Please note your order is not cancelled until you receive an email confirmation of this.

What are the shipping charges?

We provide free shipping for orders over £300 anywhere in the United Kingdom. If your total order is under that amount, the shipping details will be shown on checkout and added to the total alongside details of how long the shipping will take. International orders rated for shipping vary, and are shown on checkout, both options of having a standard delivery or an express delivery. All deliveries are sent as customer to pay customs charge. The amount is down to your country where the package is being received. Please refer to your customs department for further details.
